REGISTRATION FEES
There is a $5.00 administration fee added to Online Registration. There is also an Ontario Soccer Mandated Fee of $3.10 applicable to all player registrations in Ontario. Tier 2 pricing has been removed, Tier 1 pricing will be applied indefinitely due to the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19.

House League (U4-U12) born 2008 - 2016 $238.00

Please ensure to register as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, as some age groups fill up quickly. 


BIRTH CERTIFICATES

Birth certificates or another form of government approved identification is mandatory for new registrants.

PLAYER PLACEMENTS 
The Club will not entertain requests for player placements. The Club has to ensure that teams are properly balanced to make sure it is fun for all who participate. Thank you for your cooperation.

REFUNDS 
1. All refund requests shall be made in writing and properly documented. Refunds or credits may be requested only for serious injury or major medical issues confirmed by a doctor’s certificate. Please remember that a lack of volunteers does not constitute a valid refund request! As it is not possible for the club to know what registration numbers will be in any age group, advertised practice/game nights and league age groupings are NOT GUARANTEED. 

2. An administration fee of $50.00 per player applies to refund requests made after April 1, 2020 for youth programs. All requests for refunds should be forwarded to the Club Registrar, in writing, and will be processed at the discretion of the Board of Directors. Any refunds issued will be pro-rated to the latest date that all necessary, relevant documents are received by the Club. No refunds will be made after May 1, 2020 for youth programs except in the event of serious injury or medical issues confirmed by a doctor’s certificate. Refunds will not be paid until the uniform has been returned to the Club. Please remember that a lack of volunteers does not constitute a valid refund request! NOTE:  Scheduled nights for the age groups are NOT guaranteed and are subject to change depending on registration turnout. League age groupings are also subject to change, depending on registration turnout. 

Please note, due to the increase in available programs, the Caledon Soccer Club may run some house-league, development and/or competitive programs at both the main soccer complex located behind the Caledon Town Hall as well as the fields located at Johnston Park on King Street.
