Cassandra Briscoe Assistant Coach U15 Girls
September 16, 2020
Caledon Soccer Club is pleased to announce Cassandra Briscoe as an assistant coach with our Caledon 2005 Girls, the number one ranked team in Canada in their age group.
Cassandra has lived in Caledon her whole life and has been a part of our technical department and coached with Caledon Soccer Club for the last five years. Growing up, she played club soccer for Newmarket United where she won three consecutive Ontario Cups, and a bronze medal at Nationals. She accepted a scholarship and played division I soccer at Northwestern State University in Louisiana where she was recognized on the All-Louisiana First Team and All-Conference Second Team. Following graduation, she accepted a position as Assistant Coach at the University of Dubuque in Iowa where they compiled a 23-8-5 record over her two years on the coaching staff. Her key roles were to focus on team offence, attend recruiting events and showcases, communicate daily with potential student-athletes, and scheduling official and unofficial visits for families on campus.
Cassandra will be a great addition and can pass on her experience to this talented group of girls.
