Registration is now open for 2022 Ontario Indoor Cup
November 17, 2021

Having made it through a successful 2021 Outdoor season, Ontario Soccer is now looking forward to the 2021/2022 Indoor Season including plans for the 2022 Ontario Indoor Cup.

The Ontario Indoor Cup is a young Soccer for Life Club competition in comparison to the Outdoor Ontario Cup, which was first contested in 1901 making it one of the oldest and most prestigious amateur sporting events in the country.

However, the Ontario Indoor Cup has its own proud 34-year history, since its inception in 1987. Over the years it has moved from boarded facilities to the former Skydome and then to soccer specific no board venues. It has now found its home at the foremost indoor soccer venue in Canada, the Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan.

The popularity of the indoor game has resulted in a strong demand for the Ontario Indoor Cup in most age divisions. The level of participation has taken the competition from a centrally staged Round-Robin format, to regional play-downs across the province, culminating with the Final Championship Rounds hosted staggered throughout January and February 2022 at The Ontario Soccer Centre in Vaughan.

The 2022 Ontario Indoor Cup dates and locations have been finalized and are posted on the Ontario Soccer website.
